Latitudes Health club offers one of the most extensive programs of both traditional and innovative group exercise classes. Experience the diverse classes led by enthusiastic, educated and professional instructors. With a wide range of group classes available you are sure to find a program that fits your skill level, fitness goals and passion at the same time. Most group classes are free for members.
