Our personal trainers design a comprehensive and personalized exercise program which helps you achieve your fitness goals, anything from gaining to losing weight, changing shape, improving your skills for sports or just feeling healthier.


During each workout session, the trainer will help optimize each exercise and your time so that you achieve results in a healthy way . From keeping you motivated and accountable – to helping you get more out of your time at the gym, our trainers are as invested in your aspirations as much as you are.

All our trainers are knowledgeable of physiology, exercise, cardio training, strength training and are certified professionals.

Austin Adam

Austin Adam joined recently as a fitness trainer at our Jubilee Hills branch. Born and raised in Kuwait, Austin came to India for higher studies.

Austin received his bachelor's in physiotherapy from the Apollo College of Physiotherapy, and has proved to be an excellent personal trainer.

In addition to his degree, Austin has attended various workshops including those focused on, strength, fitness, sports conditioning and rehabilitation accredited by India Olympic association. Other specality workshops include myofascial release and motor relearning.

Professional Achievements:

  • Best outgoing student and Best intern award in physiotherapy.
  • Dr. Sayani's Award for excellence in physiotherapy.

Sports Achievement:

  • Winner in 4*100 meters relay and long jump at the Apollo College of Physiotherapy.
  • Winner in Kabaddi at the Apollo College of Physiotherapy.
  • Won the Best Model award at fashion show at the Apollo College of Physiotherapy.
  • Participated in Eenadu and Tata Indicom Cricket tournament in 2007.
  • Actively participates in the 10k run every year.

Work Experience:

  • Trainer and Floor-in-Charge at Talwarkars, Himayatnagar.
  • Physiotherapist at Apollo Hospital, Secunderabad.

Austin specializes in physiology, exercise therapy, orthopedics, neurological and cardiac rehabilitation. He can deal with various physiotherapy queries with special requirements. He has proven skills in strength training, stretching and weight loss exercises.

James Dominic

He is a personal trainer at our Jubilee hills branch with more than 3 years of experience.

He has proven skills in cardio fitness, strength training and he has been specialized for toning and shaping of abdominals, the most difficult part in the body.

He also has a non-institutional background in anatomy of the muscles. His specialties include weight loss, muscle building, body toning, and core strengthening. He has established a track record of providing exercise programs designed specifically to meet the needs of the individual client.

His academic background includes Graduate in B.Com from Gulbarga University, Karnataka, and carrying a professional experience of 2 years in a reputed company in the same place.

Dominic has been proven efficient and appreciated by the clients for giving them best results they opted for. He is our current floor leader chosen by the health club based on his achievements.

Dominic will be ideal for clients to get motivated in getting back to shape and gaining fitness as well.

Neeraj Kumar sinha

Neeraj Kumar Sinha has joined us in the year of 2008 as a fitness trainer at jubilee hills branch. He has worked with Latitudes since then and had grown up to be a personal trainer.

Professional Achievements:

  • Bachelor in the field of Physical Education from LNUPE (Lakshmibai National University of physical education) in Gwalior (M.P.) He is also specialized in Yoga.
  • He has attended seminar on effective weight management in the orientation course on sports medicine.
  • He has attended training camp in Rock Climbing and River Crossing by Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering and Winter Sports in 2007 in Pahalgam ( J.K)
  • He has also attended trekking camp in 2006 in panchmani (M.P)

Sports Achievement:

  • He represented Junior National in Softball in 2003 in Goa.
  • Participated in All India Inter University in handball in 2007 in Guntur.
  • Represented in swimming and athletics at State level.

As a personal trainer Neeraj had always maintained the following goals:

  • Provided personal training to individuals to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, and improve overall sense of well being.
  • Developed personalized training plans for clients, based on individual needs.
  • Monitored and instructed new clients regarding safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment

As a personal trainer he is specialized in:

Yogi

Yogi is one of the first employees of Latitudes who joined when we started the facility. He has been very supportive to the company over the last 5 years in the area of personal training. He has demonstrated strong skills in the area of strength training.

From the last 5 years he has done a great job of motivating and educating our clients about fitness and helping them in achieving their goals. He has also helped us greatly in operating our health club facility at Google.

His academic background includes a B.A from Ambedkar University and he has a special interest in movie editing and training for the same.

Yogi has a special skill of helping clients working out for the first time by helping setup effective programs and assisting them on how to adapt the program as they progress.
